How can you support my construction team?
I help with quantity takeoffs, BOQs, cost estimates, RFIs, submittals, document control, supplier coordination, schedules and progress reports.
Can you prepare takeoffs and estimates from drawings?
Yes. Send the drawings, specifications and required format. I can prepare measured quantities and itemized estimates, with assumptions and exclusions clearly stated.
Which construction software do you use?
My toolkit includes Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Fieldwire, Excel, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Tell me which platform your team uses.
Can we work together remotely across time zones?
Yes. I’m based in the Philippines. We can agree on working hours, meeting times and updates around your team’s time zone.
Can you automate a repetitive task or build a tool?
I build practical tools, dashboards and automations for intake, tracking, reporting and data workflows. Share the steps you repeat and the result you need.
Do you offer project-based or ongoing support?
We can discuss a one-off deliverable or ongoing support based on your workload and my availability. Include the expected scope and duration in your inquiry.
How do you price your work?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, deliverables and the time required. We’ll agree on the work and price before starting.

A brief description of the task, your deadline, the tools you use and any relevant drawings or sample files. Please leave out passwords and confidential details from the first message.
